The villa is mostly booked by agents and they send the name as Mahi Villa, but it is actually Mauli Villa when you see the pictures, you will understand the name if you zoom it. Please read the reviews before booking this place..If I would have got an option to give 0 star, I would have done that ..it’s the worst and low maintained Villa which I have ever seen at Lonavla. They charge bomb by sending you pictures clicked in ultra wide mode making the Villa look very spacious, but when you actually go there, there is no space at all. There is no cleanliness at all , no 24 hours caretaker. They claim caretaker is available and comes on a call.. however he stays 15 mins away and will take minimum  half n hr to come after the call is made. The caretaker Paresh was drunk , carrying alcohol in his pockets. Bathroom locks were broken, no buckets, kitchen was stinking and dirty , pool was dirty, bathtub was stained and the water in taps was muddy, curtain railings were broken, there are lot of mosquitoes and cockroaches, blankets were used and unwashed, they do not provide toiletries( soap, towels, toothpaste, bubblebath for bathtub, etc) They don’t send google details till you pay them advance to avoid showcasing their reviews. I'm sorry to say that my experience at Mauli Villa was highly disappointing. Throughout the day, there was no electricity, rendering the entire stay uncomfortable and inconvenient. The bathtub water was not only dirty but also had a repulsive stench, making it impossible to use. Additionally, the promised WiFi was non-existent, adding to the frustration. Even the electricity backup failed to function properly when needed. To top it off, there was a shortage of water in the bathrooms, making basic hygiene a challenge. Honestly a really comfortable and affordable place. Our two families enjoyed the facilities provided thoroughly! The pool was a bit smaller than it looks, but it's very clean. Our overall experience was really pleasant, and I'd highly recommend this bungalow!

Not at all good stay! Property is not maintained at all. Kitchen full of cockroaches. Rooms full of mosquitos. Dirty sofa, chairs. Bathroom showers, tap broken and no bucket provided. Speaker broken which was the biggest mood spoiler. BBQ setup is very dirty and stored near garbage area. Can't even cook on that.Cleanliness was very poor. We very not able to use half the amenities because they were very dirty. Sofa was dirty, Chairs were muddy, kitchen platform was dirty, gas stove was dirty, fridge was dirty from outside and inside. Wash basin drainage pipe was leaking. There was dirty drainage water all over kitchen and living room. There cockroaches in kitchen area. Backyard was mini garbage dumping place which was stinking all the time.
You can get a better villa at the same cost.
